Built by a mom,
for every family.
Little Guests Knoxville exists because we saw a real gap and decided to fill it. Here’s the story behind the business, the team, and the why.

Hayley
Founder & OwnerI started Little Guests Knoxville because I kept noticing the same thing at weddings and events: parents torn between being present and keeping an eye on their kids. That tension shouldn’t exist at a celebration.
As a mom, I know what it means to want your children close. I also know what it means to finally exhale when you know they’re in good hands. That feeling is exactly what we’re here to give every parent at every event we work.
I built LGK from the ground up right here in East Tennessee. Licensed, insured, staffed with people I trust personally, and structured to operate at a level of professionalism this region deserves. That standard hasn’t changed, and it won’t.
The gap we saw, and filled
A real need in East Tennessee
East Tennessee hosts thousands of weddings and special events every year. Families travel from everywhere and they bring their children. Professional on-site childcare simply wasn’t available here. We changed that.
A mom who gets it
This business wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built at a dining room table by someone who has felt the pull of wanting to enjoy a celebration while also being a parent. That empathy is baked into everything we do.
Built from scratch, built right
LGK launched with every piece in place: insurance, contracts, background checks, and a real check-in system. Not because we had to, but because the families trusting us with their children deserve nothing less.
The people behind the care
Every member of the Little Guests Knoxville team is someone Hayley knows and trusts personally. These aren’t strangers hired off an app. They’re career childcare professionals who share the same commitment to safety, warmth, and doing this work well.
